- 6 oz Fresh Spinach
- 4 oz shredded red cabbage
- 6 oz leaf lettuce
- sliced strawberries
- sliced kiwi
- cubed mango
- blueberries
- 1/2 cup orange juice or lemonade
Chop lettuce and fruit to desired consistency
6 oz Fresh Spinach, 4 oz shredded red cabbage, 6 oz leaf lettuce, sliced strawberries, sliced kiwi, cubed mango, blueberries
Combine salad ingredients in a large bowl
Stir in juice for a light refreshing "dressing"
1/2 cup orange juice or lemonade
Serve chilled
